Here's how our exclusive one month free offer for our readers worked on SMARTY. The deal has now expired but may come back soon. Last updated: October 23rd 2019.
How the old free month offer worked

Order by 8th May 2019 using our special link and you could get a hidden offer that wasn't advertised directly at SMARTY.co.uk. Pay for your plan in the first month, and your second month is free.
You needed to activate your SIM by 22nd May 2019 and you have to stay on the same plan month-to-month to get the free month. And it's worth saying any extra usage not included in your plan will still cost extra.
The offer applied to the 1GB, 2GB, 4GB and 8GB plans (there was a separate£20 Amazon voucher deal on SMARTY's unlimited data SIM, which is now expired and didn't get a free month).
Please remember: this offer is now expired. Even if you follow other links on our website to SMARTY.co.uk, you won't get the offer unless you followed the special one that activates the deal. You'll see a confirmation message on SMARTY's site to show it's worked.

There was a separate Amazon voucher offer on the Unlimited plan without a free month

If you were after SMARTY's new unlimited data plan, it wasn't in the free month offer. But there was a separate offer running on it that was almost as valuable:
Order by 8th May 2019 and activate your SIM and pay for your full month's by 22nd May and SMARTY would have automatically sent you a £20 electronic voucher to spend at Amazon.co.uk to say thank you.
There was no complicated claims process to follow and the £20 value of the voucher was very close to the £25 cost of the plan, which is only on a one-month contract.
If you want the unlimited data plan, this was almost as good as a free month.

If you play your cards right on SMARTY, you can still gets free months even though the offer's expired, thanks to their refer-a-friend scheme.
This lets you encourage your friends to join SMARTY's network by sharing a special tracked link to their website by email, text or on social media.
If your friend orders via that link, SMARTY will thank you by giving you your next month's plan for free, and giving your friend a free month too.
There's no upper limit to the number of people you can recommend. If you managed to get 12 friends to join, you could conceivably get a whole year free!
