In the UK, the deal comes with unlimited minutes and texts, plus 108GB data. The unusual amount is probably about pipping competitors to the post for the most data, at a particular price.
108GB is a vast amount of data. This deal is for people who know they are heavy users, or are buying for someone else and don’t want to run the risk of going over limits. The average users get through only 10GB.
But where the deal shines even more is taking it abroad. While other low-cost competitors put fair usage limits of 5GB to 12GB while roaming, iD give you a market-leading 30GB there. And local calls are included.
Overall, this is a great SIM for anyone who really wants to get maximum usage out of the phone but keep the flexibility of only ever being contracted to one month at a time.

But in our review of iD, we’ve always been impressed by added features you get on the smaller provider too. Their WiFi calling is excellent and supports loads of phones. You can even join on eSIM.
Our main gripe with iD Mobile is their online-only customer service. You used to be able to call them but you can’t do that anymore. Luckily, their app is excellent for managing your account.
Overall, we think it’s a great cheap deal on decent mobile network with no commitments that heavy data users will love.
