ASDA's best SIM only deals
The best overall ASDA Mobile SIM only deal this month
We think ASDA Mobile's best value option on SIM only this February is their £4 a month plan below, which comes with data, plus unlimited minutes and texts on a 1‑month deal:
This isn't the very cheapest deal with data or more out now. But if you definitely need a SIM only plan that uses the Vodafone network, we think it is the best option. See the networks that beat it here:
We also like their £5 for 3GB plan
If you want more data, you might like the £5 SIM only deal running on ASDA Mobile at the moment. It's a 1‑month plan, which comes with 3GB data, unlimited minutes and texts too:
While it's good enough to be in our pick of ASDA's best SIM only deals, other providers do still have similar plans for less, even ones that also use the Vodafone network. Here are the networks where it'd cost less:
Their 5GB for £7 SIM is another good option
For even more data, we'd say this is one of ASDA's best deals on SIM only this month too. It's a 1‑month plan, comes with 5GB data, unlimited minutes and texts for £7 a month:
It's definitely one of ASDA's best. But it's not market-leading. You can get a similar plan on other providers for less, even if you need your SIM to use the Vodafone network. See which networks that are cheaper here:

How ASDA Mobile’s SIM only prices and benefits compare
In our review of ASDA Mobile, we said we liked the fact that ASDA share the same coverage and 4G speeds as their hosts Vodafone (5G is capped on their unlimited plans) as well as having WiFi calling and 4G calling.
All of their pay monthly SIM only plans are sold as monthly bundles of texts, minutes and data. Each month you’ll have to buy a new bundle. This gives you the flexibility to switch without having to stick to a contract.
In terms of price, they’re generally one of the cheapest providers, as well as having some of the most competitive small data plans of all providers on the Vodafone network (alongside Talkmobile, VOXI and Virgin).
They’re definitely a low-frills option. With your SIM you’re basically just getting your prepaid minutes, texts and data to use in the UK and in 36 EU destinations. They don’t offer much else.

It’s your right as a customer to get a refund for anything you buy online. So if you’re not satisfied with your ASDA SIM you can return it within 14 days to get a full refund. Here’s how you can do it.
Since you’re paying for everything up front with ASDA, you won’t have to pass a credit check for your SIM. All you have to do is set up an account with your details so they know who you are.
If you want to switch from your old network to ASDA without losing your number, you can do that by following their instructions here. You need to request a PAC from your old provider and then give it to ASDA at any point.
