🛈 No annual price rises

There’s no trickiness to the plan. It’s a straight up 40GB extra data boost for as long as you stay on the plan. Don’t change to a different deal and it stays at 80GB for your whole time with SMARTY (see full terms here).

The only real restriction is when you can order it. The deal is currently set to only last until 23:59 on 16th February. So you do need to move quickly. We don’t know what offer will replace it.

If you’re someone who spends most of their time at home on WiFi or rarely does things like streaming out and about, this plan is probably a bit over the top for your needs. It’s meant for people who use their phone alot.

80GB is enough to let you stream HD videos for an hour or more every single day, so this £10 plan would suit anyone with long periods to kill outside the home. Think commuters or students between lectures.

How it compares to other SMARTY plans

On top of that you’re also getting unlimited minutes and texts (including MMS on SMARTY). You also get inclusive EU roaming, though it’s worth knowing you can only use 12GB per month there, not the full 80GB.

One of the best reasons to join SMARTY is the fact they use Three’s superfast 5G network, which is setting the pace nationally for the speeds it delivers. Their 4G typically performs above average.

The other thing this deal has going for it is how flexible it is. We think SMARTY are one of the UK’s least restrictive networks. It’s a 1-month plan with no contract. You can change plans or leave with no notice.

There’s not a huge amount to lose by joining SMARTY. Their online-only customer service is our main gripe. But otherwise, it’s a cheap deal that won’t go up in price. You’re getting a lot for your money.
