Black Friday on BT Mobile
BT Mobile expected to take part in Black Friday
BT always try reasonably hard over the Black Friday period with deals on mobile. We expect them to launch offers from 12th November, lasting less than a month.
The types of offers we expect from them are generally lower prices than the rest of the year and maybe some products that come with a free electronic gift like speakers or a pre-paid Mastercard.
On SIM only, we expect to see a couple of 24-month plans with market-leading prices (for a network on EE). And maybe even some ultra-competitive 12-month ones too.
On phone contracts, we expect a couple of lean discounts here and there and maybe something like a pre-paid Mastercard on the more expensive plans.

Discounts on SIM only deals for Black Friday
BT’s SIM only deals have died down a bit recently, but we expect them to come back in force around Black Friday. Here are their best current deals (we’ll show their Black Friday deals when they come around):

Phone contracts
No massive deals but some nice add-ons for phone contracts
BT didn’t offer any reductions on their phone deals last year, but instead offered free goodies with them. You could get reward cards for BT broadband and even devices like an LG TV bundled into the price for an overall discount.
They currently have a decent deal of £72 off the price of the iPhone XR (though at £36 per month). BT broadband customers will be able to get even better deals, so if you’re already on their broadband it’s a good reason to buy their phone deals.
If they bring out discounts on phone deals this year we could see some similar to their current ones. They don’t tend to offer brand new phones so don’t expect a flash new iPhone on a massive discount. It’s overall more likely they’ll bundle in other devices or rewards.
