If you add up the £1.50 monthly discount, you’ll save £36 in total over the full 24 months on the deal.

For less monthly data, Tesco have got a discounted £17.50 £15 deal on SIM only we think's worth looking at. It gets you 100GB data, unlimited minutes and texts and it's a 24‑month plan:
It’s a discount of £2.50 a month against the full price, adding up to a £60 saving over the 24 months.

How Tesco Mobile’s benefits and SIM only prices compare
In our review of Tesco Mobile we said we liked the fact that you get access to O2’s great mix of coverage, as well as O2’s fast 5G network. They offer the same coverage experience as being on O2 directly.
You can take a 1-month, 12-month or 24-month contract. Usually, the longer the contract the less you’ll pay each month, but it’s worth comparing plans here to check for any special deals on different plans.
Tesco tend to offer good value on mid-range data plans. And if you’ve got a Clubcard you can get better value deals than their regular range, but only on certain tariffs. They typically offer better value than O2.
One massive benefit is that you can collect Clubcard points from shopping at Tesco stores to get money off your monthly bill and vice versa. And you get extra benefits for adding other users onto your account.

Handy information about Tesco’s SIM only plans
Your Tesco Mobile SIM will be delivered within 1-5 working days (depends where you live and when you ordered). Or you can take one from a Tesco store. You’ll get every size of SIM, but you can’t get an eSIM.
You’ll have 14 days after your SIM arrives to return it if you’re not satisfied. You’ll get a full refund, even if you’ve used some of your data. Here’s how you can do it.
To join any Tesco SIM only contract you’ll have to pass a credit check. If you’ve got a bad or no credit history you can still join them by taking out a “Rocket Pack” which are bundles of mins, texts and data.
To keep your number when switching to Tesco Mobile from another network, you can request a PAC from you current provider and send it to Tesco whenever.
